We reach Southeast Boise two ways from the shop at the Meridian line. I-84 east to Broadway Ave drops us beside Boise State for a run down Parkcenter Blvd past the office parks and the Bown Crossing shops, then out Warm Springs Ave to Harris Ranch and the mouth of Barber Valley. When the freeway is slow, Overland Rd east to Federal Way carries us past Micron toward Columbia Village and the airport neighborhoods. Either way it is a short stretch of freeway or surface streets and part of the daily loop. Micron and the airport run around the clock, so early and late windows are ordinary here, and a technician on Parkcenter at seven in the morning is a common sight, Monday to Saturday.
Almost nothing in Southeast Boise predates 1990, and much of Harris Ranch and the Barber Valley streets went up after 2010.
