Booking a repair by phone, text or the form on this site gives us your name, a phone number, the service address, the machine and what it is doing. Those details exist so we can schedule the visit, write the figure, perform the repair and send the invoice with its coverage. We keep them for as long as the coverage on that repair runs.
Nobody outside the shop, apart from the tools that make the shop work: the form service that carries your request to our inbox and the software that schedules jobs and issues invoices. We do not trade, rent or sell customer details, and we do not send marketing texts or emails.
This site places no advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add visitor counting it will be aggregate only, without identifying anyone.
