What you pay, and when you know it.

Two moments matter. At the door, $99 buys a technician with a meter and a real answer about what failed.

How the money works

The two numbers you will ever see.

  • The first is $99: the trip out and a meter-in-hand diagnosis of the machine
  • The second is the repair figure, written on paper before any work starts
  • Approve it and $99 is already inside that figure — not stacked on top
  • Decline it and $99 is the whole bill, and the diagnosis is yours to keep
  • No repair prices appear on this site: every figure follows the diagnostic, in writing
  • A part on order means a return trip on us, and the same figure

Why one repair costs more than another

The part that failed

Most calls end in one predictable component — a drain pump, an igniter, a start relay, a fill valve scaled shut. A bigger failure means a bigger figure, and you read it on paper before saying yes.

How the machine is installed

A panel-front dishwasher, a stacked laundry pair, a fridge built into cabinetry — these take longer to open and close up cleanly. That shows in the figure as time, not as a surcharge.

What never moves it

Not your ZIP code, not a Saturday, not a gate code, not a second trip. And we will not price a repair on a machine we would not fix ourselves — we tell you it is done, and you pay only the $99.

Coverage in writing. Every finished repair leaves with written coverage on the invoice. If the same fault returns inside the window, the return visit is on us.

Money questions

If I approve the repair, is the $99 charged again?

No. The $99 becomes part of the repair figure you approved — one line, one total. It is only ever a separate charge when you decide not to go ahead.

Why will nobody give me a price over the phone?

Because a phone price would be a guess, and a guess is how people end up arguing at the door. A no-drain washer can be a sock in the pump or a dead pump; they cost different amounts. The technician meters the machine, then writes the figure down. That is what the $99 pays for.

A part has to be ordered — does the second visit cost extra?

It does not. The return trip is ours. The figure on your paper stays the figure on your invoice.

Is Caldwell or Kuna priced differently than Boise?

No. There is no mileage line on the invoice anywhere inside the half-hour ring.

When and how do I pay?

After the test cycle, when the machine is running — card, cash or check. Owners and property managers who are not on site get the invoice by email and can pay from there.
