The repair figure comes after

This site lists no repair prices and the phone gives none, because a price without a meter is a guess. You read the figure on paper, then decide. Decline and the diagnostic is the whole bill.

Coverage closes the job

Every finished repair leaves with written coverage on the invoice. If the same fault returns inside the window, the return trip is ours — and an ordered part comes back at the figure you already approved.

How fast can you get to a refrigerator that has gone warm?

It takes the first open slot of the day — phone before noon and there is usually a slot that afternoon. Everything else gets a time inside the week, often the following morning. The North End, Garden City, Downtown, Meridian and Eagle are the quickest runs from the shop.

What am I actually paying $99 for?

A technician at your door with a meter, the failed part named in plain words, and the whole repair figure on paper. Say yes and that $99 is folded into the figure. Say no and it is the entire bill, and the diagnosis is yours to keep.

Half my appliances have white crust on them. Is that the water?

Almost certainly. Water in the Treasure Valley is hard whether it comes from the city or a well, and it leaves scale on fill valves, dishwasher elements and ice-maker lines long before the machine is old. A softener that ran out of salt shows up in the dishwasher first. We meter the parts and tell you what scale actually killed.

The freezer in my garage stopped during the inversion. Did it die?

Not necessarily. Once a garage drops under roughly 40°F, a normal refrigerator or freezer thinks the box is already cold, stops running, and the freezer side slowly thaws. The diagnostic tells you whether it was the weather, a part, or both.

Does it cost more to send a truck to Caldwell or Kuna?

No. There is no mileage line on the invoice anywhere inside the half-hour ring, and no line for a Saturday or a gate code either.

What if the machine is not worth repairing?

Then you hear that at the door. We sell nothing but repairs, so nothing pushes us toward a replacement — and nothing pushes us to fix a machine that is finished. You pay the $99 and leave with a plain recommendation.
